CHILD SUPPORT

In Japan, only one of parents can win solo custody of your child (Custodial parent). Please bare in mind that other(non-custodial parent) will end up with paying child support. The non-custodial parent will be responsible for paying child support while custodial parent is not.

The child support should cover living and academic expenses. 

In terms of Child custody, Japanese Law may not interpenetrate the meaning of the law in a way other countries do.
